My church is currently transitioning from one Pastor to another and we are struggling heavily. Do you have any ideas on how to fix that?

There are many reasons to be concerned, but sometimes there are also reasons to happily go along with the stretching and stirring of ourselves that result from differences in teachers. A leader can only give to you what they themselves have. Once they have prepared you for the next level, you can either stay where you are or you can advance. Think of when you were in grade school. When your 2nd Grade teacher had taught their entire second grade curriculum to you, it made sense for you to move on and advance to a different teacher (3rd grade) so that you could learn the lessons that they were prepared to teach to you. I believe that sometimes God will move you to a different church, and sometimes God will give your existing pastor new revelation, and sometimes God will put a different teacher/pastor/friend into our lives to help us advance. Keep in mind that not every change is from God and not every leader is godly. This is where discernment on your part is crucial! I wish you the very best on your journey!
