Indulge me for a moment if you will.

I was looking at a beautiful array of Christmas lights that was decorating a home. Colors of all sorts, lighting up the darkness and shining onto the ground, snow, the area around them. It was so beautiful that I wound up stopping to enjoy it and soak it all in.

In the very beginning, the thing that God created first and foremost was Light.
The Holy Spirit inside of each follower is a wonderful and multiple light(s) unto the world.

We are all like Christmas lights. Just like we have different colors of Christmas lights, we are all different from each other. Some of us are men, some are women, some young, some old, some playful, some serious, etc… This creates a beautiful array and harmony of Holy Spirit Lights!

When we carry the Holy Spirit with enough conviction to remove the unaddressed sin in our lives, we remove the bushel basket that has been covering up the Holy Spirit light that is within us and allows it to shine brightly unto the world around us!

At Christmas time especially, think about how God gave us the best gift that He could give us – Jesus His Son.
At Christmas time, let’s focus on giving God the best gift that we can give!

Let’s address whatever is covering the Holy Spirit light in our lives and give our Father an absolutely BEAUTIFUL display of lights here on Earth for Him to enjoy!
