It’s amazing how many people answer this question incorrectly. The correct answer is the God of Jesus! The Father alone is the only true God. How beautiful it is to say that, “My God is the God of Jesus!”
Yes, there is only one true God with three separate Persons; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. All three of them are equaled. It is God the Son who became flesh (as Jesus Christ) and walked among the people 2000 years ago. He is the same Person who died on the cross for our sins; He was buried and 3 days later he was resurrected.
There are many Bible passages that identified Him, both old and new testaments. I think John 1:1-5 probably describes about Him the best. Perhaps, reading the entire John chapter 1 may get a better picture.

He knew you before he formed you in your mother’s womb and as he formed you in your mother’s womb, did you know he knew about every day of your life even though you hadn’t been born yet. Did you know He created you in his own image and loves you very much? Well, he does love you and loves you so much that He gave his one and only son so you could be saved and forgiven of your sins through Him. The truth is tee, if you had been the only one on this planet God still would of wanted you, a relationship with you, and to redeem you and still would of sent His son Jesus to die for you see we all fall short and are imperfect but God He loves us so much that he is not willing that any of us perish but have eternal life with Him. All you have to do is repent of your sins, ask Him to forgive you and then take him into your heart and life as Lord and Savior.
